Pharmacy Hours of Operation:
Monday – Saturday – same hours as Our Health noted above except the pharmacy closes from 1 – 2 pm every day for staff lunch.
Sliding Fee Discounts
CHDI offers Sliding Fee Discounts to patients whose family income is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. We accept most insurance plans, including Medicaid and CHIP.

In-person and virtual primary and preventive medical care, in-person and virtual mental/behavioral health, lab, x-ray, Class A pharmacy, immunizations, health education, reproductive health for both sexes, care coordination, specialty care referrals, disease screening and management, community health education, sliding fee discounts, insurance enrollment assistance, and outreach.
